Wedding Weekend Itinerary

friday

5:30 - 7:00 PM Wine Welcome:  Please join us for a hosted glass of wine and hors d'oeuvres at Couloir Wines! We can't wait to see you.

saturday

5:45 PM Shuttle To Ceremony: Meet in the lobby of The Lodge. There will be 2 shuttles that will each take 2 trips up the hill to the ceremony location.

6:00 PM Ceremony: The ceremony will be at Old Saint Hilary's, 201 Esperanza Street. Remember there is no parking!

6:45 PM Ceremony Photos: We are looking forward to getting a few family and group shots overlooking the bay before heading off to the reception.

7:00 PM Reception: The shuttles will transport guests after the ceremony to Servino. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will be upstairs in the Bella Vista room.

12:00 AM After-Hours: For those who want to continue the fun after the reception concludes, we'll take it back to the hotel.

11:00 - 1:00 PM Brunch: It wouldn't be a trip to Tiburon without brunch on the patio at Sam's (as long as it isn't raining). They usually have a pretty long wait on a clear day and don't take reservations, but waiting for your table is part of the fun.
